What is Counselling ?

Counselling is a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of your experiences with care and compassion. It offers an opportunity to explore thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. At different points in life, you may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself, from others, or feel a lack of direction. Counselling provides a space where these experiences can be gently understood rather than pushed aside or suppressed. The process is not about quick fixes, but about developing a deeper awareness of your inner world. Through reflection and dialogue, therapy can help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, allowing for more intentional and meaningful ways of engaging with your life.

    A free 15-minute call is scheduled to understand your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.

    If you choose to proceed, we schedule your first session at a mutually agreeable time.
