Forum works with individuals navigating a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, work-related stress, and grief as well as concerns related to self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and patterns that may feel difficult to understand or change.
The process is tailored to your unique experiences and needs. It allows space to explore challenges at your own pace, while developing greater clarity, emotional awareness, and more supportive ways of coping and relating.
