Individual Therapy 

Individual counselling is a one-to-one space focused on understanding and working through the concerns you may be experiencing in your day-to-day life.

Forum works with individuals navigating a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, work-related stress, and grief as well as concerns related to self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and patterns that may feel difficult to understand or change.

The process is tailored to your unique experiences and needs. It allows space to explore challenges at your own pace, while developing greater clarity, emotional awareness, and more supportive ways of coping and relating.

  • Step 2: Initial Consultation (15 minutes)
    A free 15-minute call is scheduled to understand your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.

  • Step 3: Book a Session
    If you choose to proceed, we schedule your first session at a mutually agreeable time.
